Skylab Aerial Photo, founded in 1996 by Bill McDonald, specializes in premium high resolution digital aerial photography for real estate development in Las Vegas. Our customers have included most of the larger commercial real estate companies, developers, homebuilders, government, architects, financial institutions, lenders, and engineers. Local, national, and international clients have all benefited from our photography and expertise.
WHY NOT DRONES?
We explored the drone market several years ago and found out we can provide a much better product from a helicopter or fixed wing aircraft. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has created “no-drone zones” that do not allow drones to operate in certain areas. We provide a better perspective by flying higher than drones are legally allowed, showing a higher and wider view of amenities in the area.
